I have been trying to speak with a person for the past 1/2 hour and have not been able to reach anyone.

Bofa is the best of the major banks
I am simply attempting to speak to a live person so I can order additional checks online. I am age 94, have my social security check direct deposited, and in the past have not paid for my checks. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and maintain a decent size balance. When I tried to re-order the robot told me there is a charge of 34.95. I cannot get to anyone to try and resolve this . .
Absolutely impossible to reach a human being. I have a credit on my account due to overpayment to pay these shysters off and cant reach a human to tell them I WANT MY MONEY
