I had a hotel reservation with Travelscape they refuse to refund my money. since they they are associate with Expedia. I thought you maybe able to assist me in getting my money refunded. Labor day weekend (Friday-Monday).eight days end in Shelby,NC.I would appreciate any help. thanks
Raymond, if you made reservations on line, its best to contact the hotel you were going to stay at. Speak with the hotel general manager concerning your reservation and have them contact the third party site you made the reservation through. This will not guarantee a refund since it is through a third party site but you stand a better chance if the general Manager calls them directly. Hope this helps.

Great service from “Tony” at Expedia. It’s always an uncertainty to have to make changes in flights and hotel. But Tony worked our reservations and ended up saving us money. He was polite and thorough.
