My complaint….Each month my phone is shut off with a message stating if I want to resume my service I must pay with a credit/debit card. Last month I asked the agent to set up Auto Reup so this would not continue to be a problem. Apparently this was not done as I have NO PHONE SERVICE!! This is unacceptable and most irritating. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to do this and I’m seriously thinking of going to another phone service.
