So this is at least the fourth month of attempting to call Xcel on their so called 800 number which is supposed to give customers 24/7 access to services. Not one time have I been able to access Any services through this number! It doesn’t matter what time of day a call is placed nor does it make any difference in time of month. I would caution anyone trying to use these phone services!
